SDL Atlas Introduces Redesigned Electronic Crockmeter
SDL Atlas is excited to introduce the next generation Electronic Crockmeter Colorfastness Rubbing Tester. The instrument has a standard speed of 60 spm and standard stroke length of 104 mm +/- 3 mm (standard) which can be adjusted to 76 mm or 50 mm depending on the test’s requirements. The new design features an optional pinned sample holder for ease of sample loading with a rub surface area of 16 mm+/-0.1 mm diameter. The electronic counter allows for tracking up to 9,999 strokes.
The sleek new design also now offers the ability to switch out the arm head to a lightweight arm or mid-weight arm kit to allow the ability to easily add weights for performing a wider range of tests. The instrument comes with the standard weight arm that complies to a variety of standards including AATCC 8 and 165. Additional weights are available separately.
The improved Electronic Crockmeter is currently available world-wide.
